- Relationship Management: Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-trust relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Revenue & Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling (e.g., event spaces, corporate packages, F&B services) to maximize account profitability.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, service level agreements (SLAs), and contract renewals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal departments (e.g., operations, marketing, revenue management) to ensure flawless service delivery. [
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to anticipate needs and adapt account strategies.
