How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:

Professionals in this group ensure that the organization is conducting its business in full compliance of with all national and international laws, including regulations this will involve the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures and best practices within the industry.
- Professionals interact with external auditors on matters related to audits of the organization's internal controls and assess potential fraud activity, develop fraud detection tools as well as do any GAP analysis on best practices and make sure that there is a robust risk and compliance framework in the organization.
- Professionals in this group work act as subject matter experts (SME's).
- They have domain expertise along with technical/proprietary skills.
- They work on complex/large projects under no supervision from managers using their knowledge and judgement.
- They require advance professional degree along with relevant years of work experience and are responsible for coaching/mentoring junior team members.
