Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT sales or telesales and be confident in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
* Identify prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
* Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
* Coordinate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in Telesales (IT industry experience preferred).
* Hands-on knowledge of Lusha and Apollo is mandatory.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to generate leads and achieve business objectives.
* Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
