About the Role
Ansh Furniture is hiring a hands-on professional to identify relevant government and institutional tenders and manage the bidding process from opportunity discovery through submission and post-award handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Find relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, state e-procurement, PSU and institutional portals.
- Manage RFI, RFQ, RFP, EOI and tender submissions.
- Review eligibility criteria, BOQs, specifications, ATC, EMD, PBG and contract terms.
- Prepare technical bids, commercial proposals, compliance sheets and supporting documents.
- Coordinate costing, pricing, margins, taxes, freight and delivery commitments.
- Manage portal submissions, DSC, corrigenda, clarifications and reverse auctions.
- Identify contractual, commercial and execution risks before submission.
- Coordinate with accounts, purchase, design, production and management teams.
- Track bid status, awards, EMD refunds and post-award documentation.
- Maintain tender pipelines, submission calendars and win/loss reports.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in tendering, bid management or government business.
- Hands-on experience with GeM and government e-procurement portals.
- Understanding of BOQ, ATC, EMD, PBG, technical bids and commercial bids.
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent documentation, numerical accuracy and deadline management.
- Experience in furniture, interiors, manufacturing or institutional supplies is preferred.
- Familiarity with GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity is an advantage.
- Dependable, detail-oriented and capable of taking end-to-end ownership.

The role can grow into Tender Manager or Government Business Manager based on performance, bid success, commercial judgement and ownership.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
