Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers, distributors, and dealers within the assigned territory.
- Promote company products and brand campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
- Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and brand placement at outlets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, sampling activities, and promotional events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Collect customer feedback and share market intelligence with management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and daily activities.
- Prepare and submit sales reports on a regular basis.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FMCG sales, or brand promotion.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
Pay: ₹9,798.91 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
