Lead Calling & Customer Handling
- Call new leads received from website, Meta ads, Google ads, WhatsApp, Instagram, showroom, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements such as product type, budget, room size, design preference, and delivery location.
- Suggest suitable Prosper Lighting products based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, warranty, delivery, installation assistance, and customization options.
- Handle customer objections related to price, delivery, installation, product size, and availability.
- Maintain a professional and polite tone with every customer.
Follow-Up & Sales Conversion
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until closure.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through calls and WhatsApp.
- Share product images, catalogue links, website links, videos, quotations, and payment details.
- Track pending leads and maintain proper follow-up reminders.
- Reconnect with old leads, abandoned cart customers, and previous enquiries.
- Push offers, bestsellers, new arrivals, and limited-time promotions to relevant customers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
