- Assist fitters and technicians in assembly, maintenance, and repair activities.
- Support loading, unloading, and movement of materials and tools.
- Clean and organize the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Assist in machine setup and basic production activities.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and workshop practices.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Prior experience as a helper is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualification: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / ITI (Preferred)
Experience: Fresher or Experienced
