Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating online orders, assigning delivery orders to delivery personnel, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and suggestions.
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate them to the concerned department.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Online Order Management
- Receive and monitor online orders from all sales channels.
- Verify customer details, payment status, product availability, and delivery address.
- Coordinate with the respective departments for order picking and packing.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Delivery Coordination
- Assign online orders to delivery boys based on delivery location, workload, and priority.
- Share complete delivery details with the assigned delivery personnel.
- Track delivery status until successful completion.
- Coordinate with delivery boys regarding delays, customer communication, or delivery issues.
- Ensure proof of delivery is collected and recorded.
Order Monitoring
- Monitor pending, dispatched, completed, and cancelled orders.
- Follow up with customers regarding delayed or rescheduled deliveries.
- Ensure all delivery records are updated in the system.
Customer Communication
- Confirm orders with customers when required.
- Inform customers about delivery timelines and any changes.
- Conduct follow-up calls to collect customer feedback after delivery.
- Maintain a professional and positive relationship with customers.
Coordination
- Work closely with Sales, Inventory, Packing, Delivery, and Cash Counter teams.
- Report operational issues affecting customer service to management.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
Documentation
- Maintain records of customer complaints, online orders, delivery assignments, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily reports on online orders, deliveries, cancellations, and customer issues.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
