Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and energetic Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator who can take ownership of the company's video content and social media branding.
The candidate will be responsible for creating corporate reels, employee-focused content, company branding videos, promotional videos, and client project reels. The role requires someone who can actively engage with employees across Proclivity to identify, coordinate, shoot, and create engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and create high-quality corporate reels, Instagram reels, LinkedIn videos, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Develop creative video content to strengthen the Proclivity brand on social media.
- Coordinate with employees across different departments and encourage them to participate in reels and corporate content.
- Work with employees to identify interesting behind-the-scenes, workplace, team, achievement, and culture-based content.
- Plan and execute employee-centric reels and corporate videos.
- Create engaging videos showcasing the company's workplace, teams, achievements, services, events, and culture.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Management teams to understand branding requirements.
- Create video content for client projects, campaigns, websites, digital marketing activities, and promotional requirements.
- Edit videos according to different client brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, voiceovers, subtitles, and other elements where required.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple formats suitable for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity, branding, and communication style.
- Stay updated with current reel trends, editing styles, transitions, sounds, and social media content formats.
- Participate in content shoots and provide creative ideas for improving the company's social media presence.
- Organize and maintain video footage, project files, templates, and other creative assets.
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver content within deadlines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
- Strong understanding of short-form video and social media content.
- Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, music, and composition.
- Ability to create professional corporate videos as well as fun and engaging reels.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
- Creative thinking and ability to convert simple ideas into engaging videos.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate comfortably with employees across different departments.
- Ability to understand client requirements and follow brand guidelines.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is not just a video editor but a content creator who can actively drive the company's video presence.
You should be comfortable approaching employees, bringing out their personality on camera, suggesting reel concepts, coordinating shoots, and turning raw footage into engaging content.
Candidates with corporate branding, social media, agency, or digital marketing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
