We are looking for a dynamic and professional Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our firm. This role is a hybrid of traditional front-desk hospitality and sales support. You will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing project inquiries, and ensuring our lead database is kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors with a professional demeanor and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Project Inquiry Handling: Address basic queries from walk-ins or callers regarding our high-rise residential projects, including location highlights, unit types, and basic amenities.
- CRM Data Entry: Accurately log all visitor and caller information into our CRM to ensure the sales team can follow up promptly.
- Site Visit Coordination: Schedule site visits for prospective buyers and coordinate with the sales managers on-site.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming calls, handle courier deliveries, and assist the management team with clerical tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets and Gmail. Ability to organize data cleanly and efficiently.
- Availability: Must be comfortable with a 6-day work week, including weekends, as these are peak times for client visits (a compensatory off-day will be provided during the week).
- Traits: A proactive "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and the ability to represent a premium brand to high-net-worth individuals.
Compensation:
- Fixed portion: 15k - 20k per month depending on prior experience
