Job Summary:
Pachouli Aesthetic & Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Beautician & Laser Therapist to provide professional beauty services and advanced laser treatments while ensuring exceptional hygiene standards and client satisfaction. The candidate will work closely with Dermatologists/Doctors to deliver advanced cosmetic procedures and maintain high service excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesBeauty & Grooming Services:
- Perform waxing for facial and body hair removal.
- Provide professional manicures and pedicures.
- Conduct detailed skin analysis (face and body).
- Offer personalized advice on skincare, makeup products, and beauty techniques.
Laser & Advanced Treatments:
- Perform laser hair removal procedures.
- Conduct laser skin rejuvenation, acne treatment, and other aesthetic laser procedures.
- Assist Dermatologists/Doctors in advanced cosmetic services.
- Ensure treatments are performed safely and as per clinic protocols.
Client Handling & Revenue Support:
- Welcome guests and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Manage appointments efficiently and handle appointment calling.
- Maintain and update client records in the system.
- Conduct follow-up calls after therapies.
- Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate.
- Promote clinic services and products as per guests’ needs.
- Contribute towards revenue generation and client retention.
Operations & Hygiene:
- Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization standards at all times.
- Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean before and after use.
- Handle proper record keeping and documentation.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in daily operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Certification/Diploma in Beauty Therapy / Cosmetology / Laser Therapy.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an aesthetic clinic or wellness center preferred.
- Knowledge of laser machines and aesthetic procedures.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and service-driven attitude.
- Professional appearance and disciplined work ethic.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
