Position: Architect (B.Arch)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Annual Salary: ₹3,60,000 – ₹4,20,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, construction drawings, working drawings, and interior layouts.
- Create 2D plans, 3D models, elevations, and presentation drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
- Prepare material specifications, BOQs, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams during project implementation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design quality and execution standards.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, design standards, and project timelines.
- Assist in preparing client presentations, mood boards, and material selections.
- Work closely with senior architects and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Architecture & Interior Design
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar 3D visualization software
- Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and execution.
- Strong design, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Corporate & Commercial Interiors – 2+ Years
- Residential Interiors – 1+ Year
