Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecalling Executive to manage outbound and inbound calls for client engagement, exhibition promotions, event invitations, and lead follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients, prospects, and event/exhibition attendees.
- Invite and follow up with participants for exhibitions, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and maintain strong relationships.
- Generate, qualify, and update leads in the CRM/database.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure timely communication.
- Maintain accurate call records and submit daily activity reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or telesales is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and strong follow-up ability.
Years of experience : 1–3 years
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
