Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and target-driven Branch Sales & Operations Manager to lead our Hyderabad branch. If you have strong leadership skills, experience in immigration sales, visa consultancy, overseas recruitment, study abroad, or branch management, and can build and manage a high-performing team, we'd love to meet you.
This is a leadership position responsible for driving branch growth, increasing sales, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete operations of the Hyderabad branch.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Generate business through walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, corporate tie-ups, and business partnerships.
- Guide the team from lead generation to successful client onboarding.
- Oversee visa processing and ensure documentation accuracy.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the client journey.
- Recruit, train, and develop branch employees.
- Conduct daily team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain company policies, operational standards, and service quality.
- Prepare and submit regular sales and operational reports to the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Immigration, Visa Consultancy, Overseas Recruitment, Study Abroad, or a related industry.
- Previous experience managing a branch, sales team, or business unit.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Business development and client relationship management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office is preferred.
