Service Advisor
Job Summary:
Act as the key liaison between the customer and the workshop, ensuring efficient service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their service requirements.
- Create job cards and explain service estimates.
- Coordinate with the workshop team for timely delivery.
- Communicate service updates and delivery timelines to customers.
- Upsell value-added services and AMC plans.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good technical knowledge and customer handling skills.
- Familiar with DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
- ✅ Additional Requirements:
- Language skills based on the region (e.g., local language + English/Hindi)
- Valid driving license (preferred)
- Familiar with DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
Salary Range: 25k-35k
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
