To diagnose and repair, hardware and software issues, on Apple devices like Macbooks, iPhones, and iPads.
Require Minimum One Year Experience Candidate from any authorised Apple Service Center.
Work Location - Bangalore, Karnataka
Salary upto 28K p.m. to 35K p.m. inhand
PF+Mediclaim+Petrol Allowance
Education Background - 10+2 (PUC) / Technical certification / Diploma
Communication Skills - Good ( English & Regional language)
Bike and Driving License Mandatory
Preferable Apple Certified - Mac Engineer/ Macbook Service Technician/Macbook Repair Technician /Apple Service Technician/Apple Support Technician/ Apple Repair Technician /Technical Specilaist - Apple
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting and Repair- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with Apple hardware and software.
- Hardware and Software Expertise- Maintain a strong understanding of Apple products, services, and repair processes.
- Customer Support- Provide helpful and empathetic support to customers experiencing technical difficulties, often on the Genius Bar.
- Documentation and Communication- Initiate, document, and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and communicate findings and solutions to team leaders and Apple.
- Sales Floor Support- May assist with customer-facing activities on the sales floor.
- Learning and Development- Stay up-to-date on the latest Apple products, services, and repair processes.
- Education- Educate customers on troubleshooting, product usage, and ways to buy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
