Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for students regarding their BIM learning journey.
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to students through calls, chats, emails, or online platforms.
- Help students understand BIM concepts, workflows, and course requirements.
- Support students with basic technical issues related to Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
- Guide students when they face difficulties with assignments, projects, or learning activities.
- Track student attendance, engagement, assignment submissions, and overall progress.
- Follow up with students who are inactive, falling behind, or facing learning difficulties.
- Motivate students and help them maintain consistency throughout the course.
- Escalate complex technical or academic questions to trainers or senior BIM professionals when required.
- Coordinate with trainers to communicate student concerns and feedback.
- Conduct basic doubt-clearing and support sessions where required.
- Help students understand project requirements, submission procedures, and learning resources.
- Collect student feedback and identify areas where the learning experience can be improved.
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
0–1 years of experience in BIM, student support, training, academic coordination, or a related field.
Freshers with strong BIM knowledge and excellent communication skills can also be considered.
Previous experience in student support, academic coordination, training, customer support, or the education sector is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
