We’re Hiring: Motion Designer / Video Editor (On-Site in Pune)
At First of Jan Brandworks, we don’t just make content.
We build that 'evoke' emotions, brands that people remember.
And right now, we’re looking for someone who can bring visuals to life—frame by frame.
Who are we looking for?
- An all-in-one Motion Guy who can:
- Edit videos that actually hold attention (not just cut clips)
- Create clean, impactful motion graphics
- Understand pacing, music, and storytelling
- Add that extra edge with basic 3D (Blender is a plus)
- If you’re someone who enjoys turning raw footage into something powerful, you’ll fit right in.
What you’ll be doing:
- Editing reels, ads, and brand films across industries (real estate, lifestyle, more)
- Creating motion graphics for social media & brand campaigns
- Working closely with our creative and strategy team
- Bringing your own ideas to the table (this is important)

- Ability to work fast without compromising quality
- Curiosity to learn and experiment
- Ownership over your work
Tools you should be comfortable with:
- Premiere Pro / After Effects (must)
- Basic understanding of Blender or 3D workflows (good to have, not mandatory)
