Key Responsibilities
- Conduct practical, hands-on training sessions for engineering students
- Deliver training in CAD, BIM, and design software for Mechanical Engineering disciplines
- Mentor students in drafting standards, design concepts, and industry workflows
- Demonstrate BIM methodologies and advanced modeling techniques
- Assist learners in solving design challenges and completing projects
- Update training materials regularly to reflect industry trends and software advancements
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance course content and training quality

Preferred Software Skills
Experience or working knowledge in any of the following:
- AutoCAD
- Revit MEP
- Navisworks
- Primavera
- Catia
- Fusion 360
- SolidWorks
- HVAC / MEP Software
Experience in multiple software platforms will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Mechanical Engineering
- Strong proficiency in CAD, BIM, and 3D modeling software
- Sound understanding of engineering principles and drafting standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
- Ability to guide learners through practical projects and software applications
- Prior teaching or training experience is preferred
- Relevant software certifications will be an added advantage
Freshers are also encouraged to apply if they have a strong interest in the teaching profession and are willing to learn and develop their training skills.
