*Job Responsibilities*
- Handle end-to-end Talent Acquisition for plant requirements
- Manage Plant Administration activities
- Ensure Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, Labour Laws, etc.)
- Handle Contract Labour Management
- Oversee Housekeeping and general facility management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination
*Requirements*
- Experience in factory / manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong exposure to core HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to handle workforce
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
