Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
- Assist in preparing invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
- Perform bank reconciliation.
- Verify purchase bills and expense vouchers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
- Support the Accounts Manager in monthly closing and MIS preparation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.
Experience
0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
