Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork
- Write customized proposals to clients
- Communicate with international clients
- Handle follow-ups and convert leads
- Coordinate with the technical team for project delivery
- Maintain client relationships for repeat business
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Understanding of IT/SEO/Digital Marketing services
- Ability to achieve monthly targets
