Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive car sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, inquiries, and leads.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable car models and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with dealerships, finance teams, and service departments to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability in sales negotiation and closing deals.

Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
