We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions across multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience from order placement to delivery and post-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
* Assist customers with product information, sizing, specifications, and recommendations.
* Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to provide order status updates and resolve delivery-related concerns.
* Manage customer requests related to returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims.
* Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of queries and concerns.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
* Handle approximately 50–70 customer calls and messages per day while maintaining high service standards.
* Collaborate with internal departments to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Basic computer proficiency, including email management and MS Office applications.
* Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of customer interactions efficiently.
* Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or retail operations will be an advantage.
* Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
