We are looking for motivated and customer focused Collection Agents to join our growing team and help ensure timely loan recoveries while delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Contact customers via phone to follow up on overdue loan repayments and EMIs.
-Send timely payment reminders through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, and emails.
-Build and maintain professional relationships with customers while resolving payment related concerns.
-Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
-Update customer interactions and payment commitments accurately in the CRM/system.
-Monitor assigned delinquent accounts and ensure timely follow-ups.
-Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and payment issues. Escalate complex or high-risk cases to the concerned team when required.
-Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards. Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with RBI guidelines and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
-2+years of experience in collections, customer service, telecalling, or banking/NBFC operations.
-Freshers with excellent communication and negotiation skills are encouraged to apply.
-Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
-Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
-Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
-Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
-Customer-centric approach with professionalism and empathy.
-Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an NBFC, bank, fintech, or loan collections process.
-Familiarity with loan products, EMI collections, and customer handling.
-Experience using CRM or collection management software.
