- Ensure sufficient manpower availability across production and other factory departments.
- Manage daily attendance, absenteeism, late coming and leave records.
- Coordinate with production supervisors to understand manpower requirements.
- Handle recruitment and onboarding of factory workers, helpers, operators and staff.
- Maintain employee records, joining documents and personnel files.
- Coordinate with payroll team for attendance, leave, overtime and salary inputs.
- Monitor employee discipline and address routine HR-related issues.
- Handle contract labour / manpower agency coordination, wherever applicable.
- Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of required employee and statutory records.
- Maintain and monitor labour law and statutory compliance applicable to the factory.
- Coordinate for PF, ESIC, labour welfare, minimum wages, working hours, leave, overtime and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain factory HR registers, records and documentation for inspections and audits.
- Support factory management during labour inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
- Conduct employee induction and communicate company HR policies and rules.
- Assist in employee engagement, grievance handling and welfare activities.
- Ensure HR policies and company procedures are properly implemented at the factory.
Requirements:
- Graduate in HR / Management / Commerce / related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Experience in footwear, shoe, sneaker or similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of attendance, manpower handling and factory HR operations.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Should be comfortable working in a factory environment and dealing with workers and supervisors.
- Ability to handle manpower-related issues independently.
- Candidates who are comfortable working in a factory environment may be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
