Role & responsibilities:
- Operate Electronica (RW7780L) Wire Cut EDM machine efficiently.
- Machine specifications: X-800 Y-1000, Cutting speed: 150mm 2 /min, Axis: CNC control.
- Set up jobs as per engineering drawings, CAD data, work instructions and ensure all materials are readily available.
- Ability to create and run program in Auto Cut software.
- Measuring components using quality instruments as per the drawing.
- Ability to maintain required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Identify and report machine issues, wire breakage, or quality problems.
- Capable to work individually and perform basic machine maintenance.
- Maintain production records, job cards, and quality documents.
- Follow established safety rules and regulation.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Qualification: SSLC/+2/Diploma/BE or any relevant field.
- Proficiency in operating Electronica (RW7780L) Wire Cut EDM machines.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures.
