Position Title: Creative Lead
Department: Creative / Marketing Communications
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 6–8+ years (Advertising / Branding / Creative Agency experience preferred)
Reporting To: Strategy Director / Founder
Role Purpose
The Creative Lead will be responsible for translating marketing and brand strategies into compelling creative campaigns while leading execution excellence across digital and offline formats.
The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and execution management, with responsibility for guiding the creative team, preparing structured briefs, maintaining quality standards, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be capable of thinking beyond design, leading campaigns end-to-end, and driving creative output aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Campaign Ideation
· Translate brand strategy and marketing objectives into campaign concepts, themes, communication angles, and creative directions
· Develop ideas for festive campaigns, retail promotions, launches, digital campaigns, and brand-building initiatives
· Lead campaign ideation sessions and provide creative guidance to internal teams
2. Creative Briefing & Execution Planning
- Prepare structured creative briefs
- Ensure internal teams clearly understand project expectations to reduce revisions and improve efficiency
3. Quality Control & Creative Review
- Review and approve creative outputs across traditional and digital media
- Ensure consistency in quality, messaging, and brand alignment
4. Client Coordination & Communication
· Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, present creative approaches, explain concepts, and manage feedback
· Build trust through proactive communication and solution-oriented thinking
5. Delivery Supervision & Workflow Management
· Monitor project timelines, campaign trackers, and approval workflows
· Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns across teams
· Coordinate with design, content, performance marketing, and account management teams

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
