Position: Supervisor cum Store Incharge
Industry: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances
Products: Air Conditioners (AC), Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Air Coolers, Water Purifiers, Small Domestic Appliances, and other Consumer Electronics products.
- Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store operations efficiently.
- Maintain inventory and stock records for consumer electronics and home appliances.
- Monitor inward and outward movement of products.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and display of products.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure timely availability of products and coordinate replenishment with the procurement team.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the store.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in the Consumer Electronics or Home Appliances industry is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience handling products such as ACs, Refrigerators, Washing Machines.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Supervisor, or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and inventory software/ERP preferred).
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- QualificationGraduate preferred (12th Pass with relevant experience may also be considered).
