Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Loan Sales Executives to promote and sell Salaried Overdraft and Personal Loan products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth loan processing through effective coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for Salaried Overdraft and Personal Loan products.
- Generate new business leads through tele-calling, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, repayment terms, and documentation requirements to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursement targets.
- Collect, verify, and submit customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for loan approval and disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers throughout the application and disbursement process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Update and maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Compensation & Sales Targets
Experienced Candidate (Salary up to ₹18,000 + Incentives)
Monthly Targets:
- Loan Disbursement: ₹25 Lakhs
- Loan Files: 8–12 Cases
- Daily Lead Generation: 5 New Leads
Experienced Candidate (Salary up to ₹20,000 + Incentives)
Monthly Targets:
- Loan Disbursement: ₹35 Lakhs
- Loan Files: 15 Cases
- Daily Lead Generation: 5 New Leads
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of Personal Loan and Salaried Overdraft products.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Good negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation handling skills.
Eligibility
- Experience in Personal Loan, Salaried Overdraft, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Product Sales will be preferred.
- Graduation preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience may also be considered.
