Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a creative, result-oriented, and highly organized Social Media Executive with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in social media management and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, designing campaigns, running paid advertisements, generating leads, and handling client communication. The candidate should have successfully managed live social media projects, and a portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory for the interview.
The candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, planning content strategies, executing social media campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring measurable business growth across various digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and maintain social media accounts across multiple platforms.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.
- Plan and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and videos.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
- Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness organically.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Develop platform-specific content strategies.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creatives.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and viral content ideas.
- Suggest innovative campaign ideas to improve client branding.
Paid Advertising (Meta Ads)
- Create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Generate leads using Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize advertisements.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
- Generate quality leads through Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns.
Client Management
- Handle multiple client accounts professionally.
- Understand client requirements and business goals.
- Coordinate regularly with clients regarding campaigns and content approvals.
- Provide campaign updates and performance reports.
- Resolve client queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through effective communication.
Community Management
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor online reputation and brand mentions.
- Manage audience engagement across platforms.
- Encourage community growth and interaction.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as:
- Reach
- Impressions
- Engagement Rate
- Leads Generated
- Website Traffic
- Conversion Rate
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign performance using Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign insights.

Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- A portfolio showcasing previously managed social media accounts, creatives, campaigns, advertisements, or client work is mandatory for the interview.
- Hands-on experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Experience in creating and managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Ability to plan content calendars and execute marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong client handling and presentation skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
