Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who can identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, build strong business relationships, and convert prospects into long-term clients for Digi You.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients for digital marketing services.
- Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
- Conduct client meetings and understand business requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM tools.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand business opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in Digital Marketing Agency sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and MS Office.
