About the Role:
Catalyst Education is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Plus Two Business Studies Faculty to deliver engaging and result-oriented classes for Higher Secondary students (Plus One & Plus Two). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify concepts while preparing students for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Business Studies to Plus One and Plus Two students following the Kerala Higher Secondary curriculum and CBSE
- Prepare and deliver interactive lesson plans, presentations, and classroom activities.
- Explain business concepts through practical examples and case studies.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and revision sessions to monitor student progress.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding curriculum planning and student performance.
- Stay updated with changes in the syllabus and examination patterns.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (M.Com/MBA) or an equivalent qualification.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong academic background in Commerce or Business Studies.
Skills Required
- Excellent subject knowledge in Business Studies.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate higher secondary students.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior teaching experience in Higher Secondary (Plus One & Plus Two) is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
