POST-OHSE MANAGER
QUALIFICATION-GRADUATE IN ENGINEERING WITH MINIMUM 12 YEARS TOTAL EXPERIENCE AND 5-YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE ROLE OF OHSE MANAGER IN THE EXECUTION OF E&M WORKS IN METRO STATIONS.
KEY ROLES AND RESPOSIBILIES
Ø Managing Safety system in the project sites
Ø A result oriented SHE professional experience in Managing SHE management system.
Ø Interpersonal skill with the ability to teach and motivate personnel’s to use safe practices and understand regulations.
Ø Assist the management in planning and implementing ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 Standards.
Ø Condinoted in Conduction of 96 Hours SHE training for Executives & Staff.
Ø Assist Management in conducting External Audits and complying on the Non-Conformities.
Ø Coordinating to full fill statuary obligation and prevention of accident and maintaining safe working environment.
Ø Conducting Hazard Identification & Risk Management (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis of the site-specific arrangements.
Ø Coordinate to improve and maintain Safety, Health and Environmental Standard as per corporate guidelines
Ø Coordinating / Conducting Audio- Visual training programme on Safety, Health & Environment.
Ø Incident /Accident analysis to implement recommended action to prevent re-occurrence.
Ø Conduct investigation of Accident/Incident and prepare reports.
Ø Monitoring the Project site work on a continuous basis, making on-the-spot correction of unsafe acts of the workmen, which are observed, and taking suitable steps to eliminate all the unsafe conditions observed.
Ø Planning the requirement of first aid, firefighting and safety appliances as the works progress.
Ø Organizing safety meeting to highlight site HSE problems and requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,229.79 - ₹71,978.25 per month
