The Team Leader – Interior Sales is responsible for leading and supporting the interior sales team to achieve sales targets, generate new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves managing sales executives, monitoring lead conversion, coordinating with the design and project teams, and ensuring the successful execution of interior projects from enquiry to project handover.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new business through walk-in customers, referrals, architects, builders, channel partners, and corporate clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up of all enquiries and maximize lead conversion.
- Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and provide suitable interior solutions.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in coordination with the design and estimation teams.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales while maintaining company profitability.
Team Leadership
- Supervise, guide, and motivate Sales Executives to achieve individual and team goals.
- Assign daily leads and monitor sales activities.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Train team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
- Support new team members during onboarding and field visits.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns in coordination with internal departments.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and encourage referrals and repeat business.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with interior designers, production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Monitor project progress and keep customers informed about milestones and delivery schedules.
- Ensure smooth handover of completed projects.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- MBA is an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in interior design, modular furniture, home décor, or building materials sales.
- At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a sales team.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
