Position Vacancy: Preschool Educator
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and distinguished Early Childhood Educator to join our academic institution. The appointed individual will be responsible for overseeing classroom operations, maintaining the highest standards of academic excellence, and cultivating a secure, developmental environment for our student body.
Location: Shanthipura Road, Adjacent to DS Max, Electronic City Phase 2, Bengaluru. Professional Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:30 Hours to 17:30 Hours | Saturday, 09:00 Hours to 14:00 Hours.
Core Responsibilities:
- Instructional Leadership: Direct and manage daily classroom operations, ensuring the execution of rigorous, high-quality academic activities and early childhood curricula.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Administer and uphold institutional safety protocols, conduct comprehensive hygiene audits, and meticulously supervise infant care to ensure paramount welfare.
- Family and Guardian Engagement: Cultivate professional and constructive partnerships with families, providing formal, regular assessments and updates regarding student cognitive and social development.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Educational Credentials: Formal certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is strictly required.
- Professional Experience: A minimum of one year of verifiable professional experience within a formal preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Demonstrated fluency and professional communication skills in both the English and Kannada languages.
