o Preparing and updating the master panning sheet for new orders, WIP and completed orders.
o Releasing weekly plan and monitoring the status of orders as per agreed customer
requirements.
o Maintaining the status of all the released and closed work orders.
o Storing and preserving of all the completed route cards documents.
o Monitoring corrective actions of customer complaints and process complaints and releasing the replacement work orders after approval from management.
o Conducting daily production meeting and update the status wherever constraints and potential delays are observed.
o Updating and sending the MIS to unit head and to all customers once in two weeks.
o Monitoring, reviewing and implementation of AS 9100D procedures.
o Preparing delivery plan month wise with value and reviewing the same on daily basis.
o Releasing the batch files as per the sales monthly rolling plan.
o Ensuring that the production is executed without any bottlenecks.
o Monitoring the schedule of delivery and providing feedbacks regarding the variance to HOD.
o Coordinating with other departments for solving day to day problems.
o Coordinating with stores for the parts ready for delivery (Parts received from QCM for
delivery) and issuing the dispatch advice for preparing the invoice and hence the dispatch of
parts.
