Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SolidWorks Sales Executive to promote and sell SolidWorks CAD/CAM/CAE solutions to manufacturing, engineering, and product design companies. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales skills, lead generation experience, and the ability to understand and present technical software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Sell SolidWorks software licenses, subscriptions, and related engineering solutions.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings with decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain and update CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software sales, technical sales, CAD/CAM sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks, CAD/CAM, PLM, or engineering software is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and explain business benefits to customers.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
