The Reception cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing front office operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. The role involves handling visitors, telephone calls, correspondence, office coordination, and general administrative activities.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a positive first impression of the organization.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Maintain visitor records.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, couriers, and packages.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities and office coordination.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents systematically.
- Monitor and replenish office stationery and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance.
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Support travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and logistics as required.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and employee activities.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR-related administrative tasks.
- Ensure proper upkeep of office facilities and assets.
- Ensure utility bills are processed and paid on time.
- Maintain and Supervise housekeeping personnel.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
