- Vehicle Operation: Drive tipper and dump trucks safely between quarries, processing plants, and construction or mining sites.
- Loading & Unloading: Supervise material loading for even weight distribution. Safely operate hydraulic controls to dump cargo.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to traffic laws, weight limits, and site safety rules (e.g., wearing Personal Protective Equipment).
- Pre- & Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct mandatory daily checks on brakes, tires, lights, and hydraulic fluids.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate trip sheets, delivery challans, and logbook records.
- Basic Maintenance: Perform routine servicing such as cleaning the truck bed to prevent buildup and greasing parts.
Key Requirements
- Licensing: Valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) or Heavy Commercial License with appropriate endorsements.
- Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of experience driving large commercial vehicles, particularly on rough terrain.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle demanding on-site conditions and manual tasks related to tarping or securing loads.
- Skills: Spatial awareness, defensive driving, and basic mechanical knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
