Key Responsibilities
- Searching for new tenders on portals like GeM Portal and eProcurement System of India
- Preparing tender documents (technical + financial bids)
- Uploading documents and submitting bids online
- Coordinating with internal teams (finance, legal, operations)
- Tracking deadlines and tender status
- Maintaining records of past bids
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, PDFs)
- Understanding of documentation and formats
- Attention to detail (very important)
- Communication skills
- Time management
