Will be responsible for establishing eMobility Operation solution at different location in coordination with various stake holders
Build operation team at each location including company and service provider team members.
Responsible for drafting operational agreements and KPI adherence.
Directly responsible to lead Operations at each location through city manager including Operation, Service and charging to ensure customer schedule adherence.
Should be able to handle outsourced activities and contract management.
Responsible to give key cost input and assumption to Marketing while quoting for new business.
Prepare time line and Works with external Team members contracted to drive and establish required facilities within the target time line and cost to operationalize new business
Prepares and presents progress at each phase, including mapping the decisions required and highlighting key issues.
Plan and execute trials at various customer location to supporting winning new business.
Co-ordinate with internal teams for vehicle level issues tracking till resolution
Should be able interact and handle customers on a day to day basis in order to run the operations.
Identify and establish operational parameters to be monitored, controlled and implement continuous improvement.
Liaison with government personnel’s
Preparation of budget & presenting to Management.
Responsible for profitability of operation and revenue collections from Customer.
Good communication skills with a working knowledge of Hindi.
Should be willing to travel various location to establish and Manage eMobility operations
