Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong network of real estate investors, channel partners, and HNI clients.
- Drive sales of residential and commercial real estate projects to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with investors by providing market insights, investment advice, and regular portfolio updates.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the B2B and institutional real estate segment.
- Lead fund generation initiatives through strategic investor engagement and customized real estate investment solutions.
- Conduct site visits, client meetings, project presentations, and investment pitches to potential investors and partners.
- Negotiate and close deals, including pricing, payment plans, and contractual agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property valuations, competitor projects, and regulatory developments to strengthen sales strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, investor relations, B2B sales, and fund generation.
- Strong understanding of property markets, investment cycles, and real estate financials.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive, target-driven real estate environment.
