We are looking for a Project Manager - Operations who can own delivery, structure, and communication across website, branding, and performance-linked projects. This role requires someone who is exceptionally organised, proactive, client-facing, and comfortable managing cross-functional creative and technical teams.
You will work closely with Web Experience Leads, designers, and developers to convert briefs into actionable task plans, coordinate day-to-day execution, ensure timelines are met, and maintain quality standards. A strong understanding of website project workflows (Shopify, informational websites, or Framer) is a major advantage.
The ideal candidate thinks in systems, solves problems before they escalate, and brings both operational discipline and creative adaptability to the table.
