- First Impressions: Welcoming guests warmly as they arrive and creating a positive, inviting atmosphere.
- Reservation Management: Juggling the reservation book, managing waitlists, and allocating tables to ensure a steady, manageable flow of customers.
- Seating Coordination: Escorting diners to their tables, providing menus, and matching the right size party to the appropriate table.
- Communication: Acting as a bridge between guests, servers, and the kitchen staff—alerting them to special requests, allergies, or large parties.
- Customer Service: Handling guest inquiries, addressing complaints with grace, and managing wait times during busy periods.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,400.00 per month
