We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Operator to manage and handle GeM portal activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal.
- Create and manage product catalogs and service listings.
- Generate product links and upload products as per GeM guidelines.
- Participate in bids, reverse auctions, and tender processes.
- Work on L1 (Lowest Bidder) management and bid optimization.
- Prepare and submit quotations, technical documents, and compliance documents.
- Track orders, invoices, payments, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with government buyers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, orders, and portal activities.
- Ensure compliance with all GeM policies and procurement procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience in GeM portal operations.
- Knowledge of bid participation, L1 creation, catalog management, and product link generation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
