- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of main distribution boards (MDBs), transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring. [1, 2, 3]
- Common Area Upkeep: Maintain power and lighting for society gates, streetlights, clubhouses, water pumps, elevators, and security systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond promptly to power outages, short circuits, and equipment breakdowns.
- Power Backup: Oversee the operation, refueling, and maintenance of Diesel Generator (DG) sets and backup systems. [1]
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
