- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a closely related field.
- A high degree of emotional intelligence and patience to handle diverse young personalities and learning challenges.
- Ability to design exciting, hands-on activities that capture children's attention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with parents, staff, and administration.
- Utilize instructional methods like storytelling, games, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities to keep lessons stimulating.
- Monitor children's interactions, track developmental progress, and evaluate learning through formative assessments.
- Regularly update families on their child's progress, address concerns, and discuss strategies to support learning at home.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom environment that complies with health and safety regulations.
