Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell travel packages over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Generate sales through outbound and inbound calls.
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to maximize conversions.
- Explain package inclusions, pricing, visa requirements, and travel policies to customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with operations and suppliers to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage.
Educational Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, travel sales, or customer service is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
