Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented Medical Camp Organizer to plan and coordinate medical camps across the district. The ideal candidate will build relationships with local organizations, ensure smooth camp execution, and help increase community outreach for the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate medical camps within the assigned district.
- Visit schools, companies, clinics, and community organizations to arrange camps.
- Coordinate with the hospital team for camp logistics and execution.
- Maintain daily field visit reports and follow up with camp partners.
- Promote hospital services and strengthen community engagement.
- Achieve monthly camp and performance targets.
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome; field marketing experience is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Willing to travel within the assigned district only.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
